How do I place an order?

 To place an order or inquire about a special commission please fill out a contact form or send an email to bisousandthebay@gmail.com with project details! For events and wholesale please send an email to Elle.bisousdesigns@gmail.com with project details!

Do you do collaborations?

Yes! I love collaborating with brands and creators! Please send an email to Elle.bisousdesigns@gmail.com with all your fun ideas, budget, and any inspiration! 

Our full service atelier works with clients from concept to completion, providing any and all materials needed for creative consulting, gifting & on site activations. 

Do you supply the materials?

Do you do wholesale/bulk orders? 

Yes! I love working with retailers or large orders for events. Perfect for seasonal prints, signature collections, or corporate gifting. I suggest booking with plenty of time to fulfill the order. Please send details to elle.Bisousdesigns@gmail.com with name, address, and interest. 

What is your turnaround time? 

I highly recommend booking a few months in advance, if possible. For holidays, birthdays, graduations, etc- the earlier the better! In the gifting world, we always try to stay a step (or season) ahead. When possible, start thinking about your celebrations in the beginning of the year! The further in advance you book, the more likely I will be able to take on your order! With that being said, if you have a celebration pop up that you absolutely have to have a special piece commissioned, don't hesitate to reach out. I assess my workload monthly, and occasionally I am able to take on additional or rush orders! 

Policies-

We  strive to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible.  To make sure that happens, we make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent. Read on to see all our policies below. If you can’t find the exact information you’re looking for, please get in touch and we’ll do our very best to help you out.

Orders & Shipping 

As all of our orders are made to order, please allow at least 6 weeks prior to shipping. For orders requested within less than a 4 week period, a priority fee and expedited shipping fees may apply. 

Returns & Refunds 

All orders are final sale. Final designs are discussed via email correspondence and are confirmed via paid invoice. If you’ve received a damaged (broken, cracked, etc) or wrong item, contact us at bisousandthebay@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged/wrong item and your order number. We’ll take it from there!
